RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
A 50% advance is required at the time of booking. The balance amount is to be paid by cash/credit card on departure from the Hotel.
Under special offers, 100% of the booking amount needs to be paid at the time of booking.
This website accepts payments in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs/LKR) and/or United States Dollars (US$) only.
Please note that Sanrose Hotels (Pvt) Ltd will not be liable for any exchange rate losses/gain due to any transactions/refunds processed, irrespective of customer’s credit/debit card currency.
ROOM RATES
Room rates are subject to service charge and applicable government taxes.
Default Cancellation Policy
If cancelled or modified, 7 days prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. However, please note that the transaction fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
In the event you do not utilize your reservation (no-show) or fail to cancel prior to the stipulated time period, there will be no refund granted.
For cancellations within the stipulated time period, please complete the cancellation request form and submit it for completion of request.
Under special offers, No Amendments, no cancellations can be made. The reservations made are non-transferable. If cancelled or amended 100% of the total stay will be charged. However, please note that the transaction fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Child Policy
Children between the ages of 0 – 6.99, will be considered FOC, with an allowance of up to 02 children sharing room with parents.
Children between the ages of 7 – 11.99, will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate, with an allowance of up to 02 children sharing room with parents.
Children above the ages of 12 will be considered as adults.
*Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve supplements are 50% for children.
